CME Publications and Web Programs

The Journal of the American Osteopathic Association is the AOA's monthly peer-reviewed scientific publication. Each of the JAOA's quizzes provides two credits of AOA Category 1-B continuing medical education.

AOA Health Watch is a continuing medical education publication that provides updates, treatment plans, and some of the latest news and developments on such timely topics as immunizations and type 2 diabetes mellitus.

For 2016 PQRS, the AOA is partnering with the PQRSwizard to offer AOA members a Qualified Registry reporting option. The 2016 PQRSwizard reporting period is now closed.

AOA CAP for Physicians

The CAP for Physicians program measures current clinical practices in a physician's office and compares the physician's outcomes measures to those of their peers and to national measures. At the completion of a CAP module, the physician is awarded 20 credit hours of AOA Category 1-B continuing medical education.
